We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment when necessary. If QHG cancels a prepaid appointment and cannot provide a suitable replacement, the customer will receive an appropriate refund.

By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated:

Memberships renew automatically until canceled.
Recurring charges are processed using the payment method on file.

Membership access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment or material violations of these Terms.

Cancellation: You may cancel a recurring membership using the cancellation method provided through your account or by contacting info@queenhippiegypsy.com. Cancellation will stop future renewals in accordance with the membership terms and applicable law.

Any cancellation deadline, refund eligibility, and effect on current membership access will be disclosed in the applicable plan terms.

We will not represent a membership as canceled until the cancellation has been processed or confirmed.
