Sage, Cedar & Palo Santo Smudge Bath
Purify, protect, and reconnect with ancestral medicine.
Service Description
This ceremonial smoke cleansing draws on ancient traditions of using sacred plants such as sage, cedar, copal, or palo santo to release heavy energies and restore harmony. Guide with prayer and intention, the smoke surrounds your body like a healing bath, lifting away what no longer serves and calling in protection, clarity, and balance. The sacred smoke bath honors the wisdom of the ancestors while grounding you back into your own spirit and the earth's rhythm.
