Service Description
(For Returning Customers) You can now book your one on one in-person oracle reading experiences again inside of the newly re-imagined Queen Hippie Gypsy Sacred Space. This 1 1/2 hour experience includes a complimentary spiritual bath or a crystal valued $10 or less, journal and glass of wine. Your reading will be infused with aromatherapy as we burn your chosen incense and/or essential oil. Unlike any other Oracle Reading you have ever experienced. Lilly will help you gather your entire life while walking you through approximately five card decks. Lilly is a long time Oracle who inherited this gift from her ancestors. For customers who have booked with us before, we offer special rates to thank you and to show our appreciation. Your name, phone number and email address will be checked against our system for verification. Face masks and 6 feet requirements will be enforced. All in person meetings will require a temperature check.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment & No-Show Policy Queen Hippie Gypsy is an **appointment-only wellness space**. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and our practitioners prepare their schedules and the space around each confirmed booking. **Cancellations & Rescheduling:** Please cancel or reschedule at least **24 hours before your appointment**. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full appointment fee and may not qualify for a refund or credit. **No-Shows:** If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not canceled or rescheduled in advance, your appointment will be considered a no-show. **No-shows are non-refundable.** A new appointment must be booked and paid for to receive service. **No Guests:** Please **do not bring guests to your appointment** unless they are also scheduled to receive a service. Our services are designed to provide a private, peaceful and focused experience. Friends, family members, children and other unscheduled guests cannot accompany you during your appointment. **Late Arrivals:** Please arrive on time. Arriving late may shorten your service. Arrivals more than **15 minutes late** may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation. **Appointment-Only Entry:** Our entrance may remain locked between appointments. A locked or closed door does not mean your appointment has been canceled. Please follow the arrival instructions included with your booking and contact us using the communication method provided if you need assistance entering. **Communication:** Please provide an accurate phone number and email address and review all appointment confirmations, reminders and messages. If we contact you and do not receive a response, your original appointment time and applicable policies remain in effect. **Refunds:** Refunds are not provided for completed services, no-shows, late cancellations or appointments missed because arrival instructions were not followed. If Queen Hippie Gypsy must cancel and cannot provide your scheduled service, you may reschedule or receive a refund for the affected appointment. **By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.**
