It's time for an island retreat of your mind, body and spirit. Slow down, invite in ease and play with a joyful flow to the rhythms of the Caribbean. Tap into your peace and imagine yourself on the beach in Jamaica, sun on your skin, sand between your toes and heat in your body as we complete total body vinyasa flows. Groove into opening stretches to open your hips and heart and power moves to strengthen your core, legs and arms. Pack your bag mentally and let's get grounded in some irie island vibes.
