About the event
Healing The Town Tribe Family Wellness & Brunch Box Program
A day dedicated to crystal healing and nutritional wellness for domestic abuse survivors and their children will be a profoundly transformative experience.
Healing The Town Tribe Family Wellness & Sunday Brunch Box Program is a delightful initiative designed to foster community, health, and well-being among families.
These sessions are led by Oracle Lilly Ayers store owner along with experts in their respective fields, providing valuable insights and practical tips that families can incorporate into their daily lives.
Held every first Sunday inside of Queen Hippie Gypsy Crystal Botanica, this program offers a unique blend of nutritious brunch box style food, engaging activities, and educational workshops aimed at promoting a holistic approach to family wellness.
The brunch menu carefully balances deliciousness with nutritional value, featuring a variety of options that cater to different dietary needs and preferences, ensuring that everyone in the family can enjoy a satisfying meal.
This event begins with a warm and welcoming nutritional shared meal with a group conversation session where participants will be introduced to the healing properties of various crystals.
Oracle Lilly will explain how crystals like amethyst, rose quartz, and black tourmaline can aid in emotional balance, promote self-love, and provide protection from negative energies.
Hands-on activities like creating personal crystal grids or guided meditation sessions using crystals can empower participants to harness these natural tools for their healing journey.
Following the crystal healing sessions, the focus will shift to nutritional wellness.
Nutritionists and wellness coaches offer informative workshops on how proper nutrition can support physical and emotional recovery.
Topics include the benefits of a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals, the importance of hydration, and the role of specific foods in reducing stress and enhancing mood. Interactive cooking demonstrations will provide practical tips on preparing healthy, delicious meals that are easy to incorporate into daily life.
By emphasizing the connection between diet and overall well-being, participants will gain valuable insights into how nurturing their bodies can also nurture their spirits.
The day will conclude with a community-building activity, and a circle of sharing, where survivors and their families can connect, share their stories, and offer mutual support.
Children will be able to participate in fun and educational games that promote physical activity and teamwork, and can join workshops focused on topics such as healthy cooking, stress management, and mindfulness practices.
This will help foster a sense of belonging and solidarity, reinforcing the message that domestic abuse survivors and their children are not alone in their healing journeys.
Resources for continued support, such as contact information for local support groups, counseling services, and wellness practitioners, will ensure that our participants leave with tools to continue their healing beyond the event.
Such a day will be a beacon of hope, offering a holistic approach to recovery that honors the mind, body, and spirit.
